Concern about work units not honoring the suspend on activity. They seem to continue using cpu even though boinc says they are suspended.

Maybe they are just slow to commit to memory. They seem to be suspended now.

This is still an issue. The exe still uses CPU cycles with the task suspended. I didn't wait to see if tasks would complete.

I suspending this project again. The tasks in progress just went ahead and completed themselves. The exes then exited. So basically a don't start new tasks, and not complete suspend at all.
