Why is your time clock 1 hour ahead of UTC? Is this perhaps a function of Hungarian time-keeping, or are you living in a different dimension? :>

Because the forum admin haven\'t changed the time to daylight-saving time. :)

Because us here in UK have Daylight savings Time and as the clocks went forward a bit ago the projects hasn\'t gotten around to it, they go back again around October

Thanks, I am aware of the vagaries of daylight saving time - however: UTC is unaffected by this! I won\'t go into the details but do a Google on UTC and you will see it approximates (check the small print if this isn\'t precise enough!) to GMT throughout the year. Might be useful information for someone studying a science degree.
The SZTAKI clock is (should be) set to UTC and I\'m not too bothered if it actually follows continental European time (summer or winter) just as long as it says so in the results list and elsewhere.
However I did not start this theme to create a discussion on time: merely to try to get the site administrators to correct what I saw as an anomaly.
          I rest my case m\'lud.
