I note the following work unit:
    http://szdg.lpds.sztaki.hu/szdg/workunit.php?wuid=10605

Two CPUs have been granted credit.

    Isn\'t a third required for a quorum?

I raised the same question in this post - but didn\'t get any responses. Note that my post was prior to the 12/5 announcement on the Home Page that \"Claimed, but not yet granted credits have been granted.\" and, therefore, the 2 results that I cited, which had not been granted credit, have since received it.

        UTFW
Go to Google and type \"define: quorum\"
plenty of results came back, one of which is:

The number of members required for the conduct of business.
        http://www.rilin.state.ri.us/gen_assembly/GenMisc/genterms.html

To translate that into BOINC terms, a WUs results will only be checked when the quorum is met. Before that, the servers ignore it. And just because the results are checked does not mean each one will get credit. The servers check the results and decide which ones are valid/invalid and which ones get credit and which ones don\'t, or decide to wait for more results to come back.

Today this one disappeared from my pending list.
It has three of us pending credit.
What is its status? and will we get credit?

Checked, but no consensus yet, mean it will get sent out again, I\'m still showing pending on it along with 14,029.85 other pending credits

                Thanks NightBird - that helps!

I must comment that I believe that the definition used for the term \"success\" is contra-intuitive to the point of being mis-leading.

A better term would be something like \"Result-returned\"
                or
                \"Result-returned-but-not-yet-validated.\"

I note that both of the \"valid\" results for wuid=10605 were run using v2.04 while I was using v2.01.

I wonder what percent of the result obtained earlier would still be considered valid if they were re-run using v2.04...
