    One of my team mates Lexx cannot access his account anymore.

    "Lost account
    In looking at the stats, I am still there.............. and still have a score. But when trying to log in with my key I get the "we have no account with xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" and thus no login. Not only that, but my clients cannot connect to get work.

    If I create another account, then that works. What the **** ????????

    Seems as I read about account dropping in another thread. So this sorta really ticks me off. Can't get into my account with the points...................."

        Alright, we have 2 users registered with the name 'Lexx'. Both from the United States, but with different e-mail addresses. One of them hasn't confirmed the registration yet. Maybe this is the problem. Before you try to connect with your client, you have to visit the homepage and log in with your authenticator key (long, ugly characters of nonesense) so your account becomes active. Please verify that you have logged in at least once with your key on the homepage. If it won't solve the problem, I'll be around...

          I am the lexx in question. The reason there are two different email accounts, and thus two different "Lexx's" is that unfortunately your site's sending of email is determined to be "spam" by several ISP's. The ISP I first registered under would not pass the email from you containing my key info, and thus could not be "validated". To get a working account I had to go to my own remotely hosted server and domain, creat a mail system, then an account, and ensure that there was no spam detection, and then register under that email account. That method worked, and thus the second Lexx account with a different email address came into being, and was validated, and is the *only* lexx account that I have access to and validated.

          #1. Your system should invalidate accounts that aren't validated after 24 hours or some time frame like that. I would sincerely imagine that I am not the only person that was unable to receive a key due to the spam issue.

          #2. During the timeframe that I could not access my only validated Lexx account that was either #2 or #3 in ranking for overall project recent average credit, I could not log in using the same computer that I had been using since I started accessing my validated account. My none of my computers (20) registered under the lexx account, could contact the servers either to get work, etc. ??????? It appears however to be a random intermittant problem. I can access that account again, and I have 8 systems now downloading work units again. So I have no idea what the problem is. I did absolutely nothing with any of my computers so I could contact the servers. I changed nothing. One day it worked. then another day it didn't for any of the computers, and then days after that, it was all working again.

            In case one doesn't receive the registration email, due to spam, or anything else, it is ok to notify me and I'll send the key in an answer mail.

              Okay, then for the Lexx that hasn't been validated, can you send that email with the key to the verizon.net address that it was registered under please. Maybe that will come though okay if it is sent that way.
