I wish I wouldn’t have so many WUs stuck at 1.000000 done but not
ready to report.

And, of course, still, alt_platform support.

See here: http://szdg.lpds.sztaki.hu/szdg/forum_thread.php?id=673

BOINC supports asking the server for _two_ platforms, however,
some projects such as Sztaki DG, only look at the _primary_ platform,
not the _alternate_ platform.

Usage example: primary platform 64 bit, alternative platform 32 bit, same OS

Usage example: primary platform 32-bit BSD, alternative platform
32-bit Linux in the compat_linux(8) built-in emulation of the BSD kernel

Okay, I now had a WU which went to 100%, ready to report, all by
itself. So the only missing thing is support for this tag.

The WU also does not finish on MirBSD, but if I set
it to <ready_to_report/> manually in client_state.xml
once it reached 100% it is a success (and validates).

Can you fix both please? I would like to contribute,
as I know some people from .hu and like the idea to
help, but I only can (and want) run MirBSD for now;
that Linux box is not mine and might not stay.

Hello!

I get the following message:

06-Apr-2008 05:31:51 [SZTAKI Desktop Grid] Message from server: platform \'i386-ecce-mirbsd\' not found

But the request contains:

$ fgrep -e platform -e linux sched_request_szdg.lpds.sztaki.hu_szdg.xml
<platform_name>i386-ecce-mirbsd</platform_name>
<alt_platform>
<name>i686-pc-linux-gnu</name>
</alt_platform>

Why does Sztaki not see the alt_platform string,
when WCG and Sudoku get it?
