(Message 870) Posted 4606 days ago by Neil Woodvine as one of the new "alpha" recruits i'd just like to add my support to updating the server side software. It has added benefits of people being able to pick a password for there account and from then on being able to log into their account here with their e-mail and password ( saves having to dig through your e-mails for the hash ). Not to mention the added benefit of my 2 machines running the dev client would also still be able to crunch for sztaki =) which they can't till you upgrade your side of things heh.

8) Message boards : Észrevételek, tapasztalatok : PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS WORK UNIT (Message 589) Posted 4641 days ago by Neil Woodvine Just curious, how does this work on other projects ? do linux and windows systems have seperate quorums ? i mean is a work unit split between different OS's ? or are we just seeing a major difference in the results from the different OS's ?

I ended up crunching a few seti units with the blender.exe ( BURP was out of work for the night and figured it would help out the other projects ) other people have reported the blender.exe crunching some LHC,Predictor units. Janus is aware of the issue and i believe it is being worked on.
